Admins can manage inventory, reports, and settings. Managers can only ring up sales and never see product cost.

Backup
Downloads everything — products, variants, sales, returns, and user accounts — as one file.
Keep a copy somewhere safe (e.g. a USB drive). To restore, replace data/store.json with this file.
